To do
Sub-module contains a list of service orders awaiting execution, a reported failure, and notification of upcoming period the activity took. This list is presented in the form of a tree, different issues arise after the development of selected branches of the tree:
- repair
- reviews
- repairs
- maintenance
- failure notification
On each of the branches are displayed only the items with the status of 'planned' / 'new' and notifications for which no orders generated
From here you can perform the selected service order as well as generate a commission based on failure notification or notification. This can be done by using the Complete the shown below.

Sub-module „To Do” allows you to edit and remove the card order and the failure notification cards.
In order to edit:
- Mark the selected order / notification list
- Click the „Edit”
- Introducing data editing card
In order to remove:
- Go to Maintenance / To Do
- Mark the selected order / notification list
- Click the „Delete”
Execute / Check notifications
The function has a different application depending on the position for which you applied:
- When you select a branch NOTICE located on the tree, the function checks for new notifications and refreshes the list
- After selecting a specific notification is generated service order
- When you select a service order (repair, overhaul, repair, maintenance) on the tree, the function begins execution of the order opening a window Complete the order
- After selecting the failure notification can be found on the tree, the function generates new service order
Order execution
To process your order:
- Go to Maintenance / To Do
- Mark the selected order / notification list
- Click the button Complete the
- Fill the card Order execution and confirm
- If the status of the order we chose „made” - the order will disappear from the list

To generate the order:
- Mark the selected notification in the list
- Click the button Mark as done
