E-mail notification of failure

The system provides automatic e-mail notification in case of failure of the object. To send a notification is necessary to link the object with the employee to whom you want to give notification of faults.

Ties can be done in two ways:

By assigning object/objects to employee

OR

By assigning the employee/employees to the facility

NOTE! To automatic accident notification function work properly correct mail configuration in the Modus is required.

Notifications of failures are sent from the currently logged in user account when you create a notification. The notification received by the employee responsible for the machine to the address specified in its directory.

Assignment of an object/objects to the employee:

Go to Maintenance / Staff
Select Employee
Go to Details panel/Objects tab
Click Add
Select the object/ objects you want to assign to the selected employee on the list that appears
Click the „Select”
In the dialog „New employee relationship with the object,” check the employee's responsibilities and enter any comments
If you want the employee was notified of the crash chosen objects, select „Notify e-mail about failures”

Assignment employee/employees to the object:

Go to Maintenance/Objects
Select the object
Go to Details panel/Staff tab
Click Add
Select the employee/employees that you want to assign to the selected object on the list that appears
Click the „Select”
In the dialog „New employee relationship with the object,” click the responsibility of the employee / employees, and type any comments
If you want the employee / employees were alerted to the failures of your selected object, select „Notify e-mail about failures”
