Multidimensional analysis
The analyzes of the data are presented in the form of pivot tables, which ensures clarity of presentation and numerous mechanisms of filtering, sorting and grouping appropriate information. The user has extensive configuration options - change the layout of the data presented, the level of their grouping and aggregation, and the hierarchy of the individual dimensions. Each user himself can define the appearance of your table by dragging the column title in the appropriate area.

Filter
The filter allows you to limit the analyzed data to only those that are relevant to us - eg. The analysis of the selected period of time.
Advanced filters
The Modus addition to the available data filters, also lets you create your own. This allows for accurate separation information.
To create an advanced filter as follows:
- Use any basic filter.
- After the right side of the filter will be the „Customize” - click it.
- In the dialog we have the capability to define the filtering parameters.
Defining the parameters of advanced filters is based on logical calculus. We use four basic conditions: „AND” , „OR” , „AND NOT” , „OR NOT” . Using them in any way we can display only the data that we need.
Example of use
- Open a list of documents editions warehouse.
- Set the basic filter: eg. „Date = 2012-07-09”.
- Are displayed only releases documents dated 9 July 2012.
- Click on the „Customize” - the button on the right side of the filter.
- In the window that appears, select the button to add a new condition.
- As a condition, we have: the recipient's name matches „Furniture store Mebelux”.
- Adding another condition: Acquisition value in PLN is less than or equal to 100.
As a result, we obtain all the documents issue with the value at purchase prices to PLN 100, issued July 9 2012. for the furniture store „Mebelux”.
Icon allows you to print the generated analysis.
Export
Icon allows you to export the data contained in the analysis of the following formats:
- TXT
- HTML
- XLS
- XML
View
Icon allows you to modify the analysis by changing analysis system, the introduction of additional elements or delete unnecessary.
In order to take into account the additional element in the analysis:
- Click View
- Select an item which, to add to the analysis, while holding it with the left mouse button, move it in the proper area.
Items for building analysis can be placed in four areas, these are:- Filtering field
- Data field
- column
- verses
Filter on analysis
Each element analysis can be further filtered by clicking the triangle next to the name of the item deselecting items that are removed from the analysis.
Layout
The icon allows analysis system edits, save the created system, as well as present an analysis by. predefined system.
In order to save the system:
- From the selected report, expand Layout .
- Choose Save Layout As …
- Specify the name of the

To view the analysis by. a predefined layout
- From the selected report, expand Layout.
- Choose Layout list
- Select the layout from the list
In order to change the default display:
- From the selected report, expand Layout .
- Choose Layout list
- Select the layout you want to default layout
- Click Edit
- Select set as the default layout
