Issues
In order to create new issue:
- In module Maintenance choose Issues
- Click on Add
- Choose the contractor and the document type(RW or WZ)
- Accept new document card
- Add aditional postitions to document specification
After adding all positions click on:
- „Save to scratchpad” - document will be saved in the scratchpad (inventory will not change till after the document is accepted)
- „Save and approve document” - this option will accept the document and inventory will be decreased

The outgoing document generated automatically by the system has always the „Scratchpad” status. Until the approval of document the assortment located on the document must be reserved. the warehouse stock is changed only after accepting the document.

Reservation
In the assortment options there is posibility to block the issue of an assortment if specific batch was selected. If so when you try to approve the issue document, the notification will be displayed informing about necesity to reserve from issued assortment batch. Reservation option is used to this type of reservation.
In order to reserve an assortment:
- In module Maintenance choose Issues
- Select document with „Scratchpad” status
- In details panel, Specification tab click on Reservation
- Choose batch from which the reservation occures
- Click on Reserve
- Accept the amonut
- Click on Approve
