Specification of an order

Depending on the settings of the products' groups (a default group option during creation of an order), after opening the window Specification of an order, the list of commercial range of goods or the window of New item of the order will appear. In the first case, from the list you can choose the ordered commercial goods. In the second case you choose the ordered product. If the product is a virtual product, the materials used during its production should be defined. Regardless which of the windows is opened, you can close them. Next, by clicking Add (+) you can open again the list of commercial range of goods or the window, where you can choose ordered products.

In the window of new order's specification, depending on the configuration of the program, different elements will appear:

Family - the family can be a name of a set or a collection of products.

Element - it is a type of the manufactured product e.g. an armchair or a pouffe.

Product – it is a combination assortment, for which you have to define a formula to make the production possible. More information about products you can find here.

Formula - each product can have many formulas. By entering an order you have to define a formula, according to which a particular variant should be made. More information on the topic of formulas you can find here.

Details of manufacturing - choice of materials, from which particular elements of the virtual product are be made.

Set - a chosen number of things that constitutes a whole. Its elements should be made from one batch of material, by one worker or one after one, to make sure that a client received a whole set at a time.

Estimate the value - this function allows you for assessment of the cost of the product's manufacture, on the basis of:

• the cost of the materials' value.
• the cost of labor acc. to standards.
• the cost of labor acc. to pieceworks. More information about estimating values of the product's manufacture costs you can find here.

Remarks of the client related to production - remarks about the production process, that should be visible for the production workers.

Values of variables - this function allows you for entering values of variables (e.g. sizes of a product) used in mathematical formulas. On their basis, the system sets a demand for particular materials.

from the assortment list choose the ordered assortment. From this level you can also:

• add the card of a new assortment by clicking on the icon Add that is above the button Assortment in stock
• add a new group of assortment by clicking on the icon *Add* that is under the option Take into account also subgroups.

Assortment in stock - list of assortment will be restricted to the assortment available in the warehouse.

Whole assortment - a whole list of assortment will be displayed including the one, that is not in the warehouse at a given time.

Fiscal name

Available quantity - a whole quantity that is reduced by the reserved quantity.

Price updating -

Group - a warehouse group.

Type - a type of assortment (a product, a material, a service).

Status of the margin - a column, by using the red exclamation mark, informs you about the assortment with the negative margin.

Basic purchase price - the basic purchase price can constitute:

• the purchase price from the last batch,
• the highest purchase price among the batches available in the warehouse,
• the lowest purchase price among the batches available in the warehouse,

Minimal balance - minimal quantity of assortment, that should be in the warehouse for protection of production continuity. A state of assortment that is below the defined minimum is in red.

Label - it enables you for assigning colorful markings to assortments by double clicking, using the function Mark with color in the context menu.
